RecommendedThe 2 people in service dept were very polite and got me in and out in a reasonable time. Much better than the dealership in Paducah.

i bought a car back in January 2018, ive had nothing but problems with it from the beginning. my check engine light has been on 3 different times, when this issue first occured i called the dealership where we bought it from (ward, metropolis il) they told me they couldnt help me i had to call the orginal place where the car was bought from. (but i bought it from metropolis) I will never buy from this place again! very disappointed.
The service was conducted in a professional manner. They helped me on choosing the perfect vehicle to fit my needs.

RICK ADAM..This is a salesman at Ward Chevrolet in Metropolis, IL .. I was there when a vehicle was purchased from this dealership and the female individual that purchased said vehicle has had nothing but issues in getting this vehicle purchased and made a trip to the dealership 70 miles one way away to find out they was closed 20 mins early after she had called 2 hrs prior and was told someone would be there till 6 but was then closed and locked up at 540 ... after weeks of headache getting all the financial issues worked o... read more
