I would like to thank Cameron Morse for everything he did. My fiance has a heart disease and I have to take him every month to Nashville, Tn and we didn't know if we would be able to make it due to transportation issues Cameron did EVERYTHING possible to help us get into not only a very reliable but a BRAND NEW car THANK YOU CAMERON FOR EVERYTHING!!
I went over and got approved in mid October. Told them what I had and didn't have. Was informed when they received more cars in I would get a call to come pick it up. However here it is mid November and still nothing. Still waiting to get cars on their lot..Very disappointed in this car lot. However Aspen Moss did go above and beyond to help me.
When they say that buying a car is easy, they mean it. Cameron and Aspen did an amazing job getting me in and out. Also, they did a fantastic job getting me a payment that worked. They are friendly and nice. I recommend them to anyone.
Update: We won't be coming back. Every time I hear the commercial on the radio it makes me mad, don't say you take any trade including upside down because I was told by a sales associate to let my car go back and take the owner surrender/repo. I had a terrible experience here today. Before I explain what happened let me say the manager did text me about an hour ago and tried to make it better which I appreciated. Bought a vehicle last year from them went to trade it in now they can't help me because my income isnt enough even though my income is the same. Today was my third time going back to try because the other two times I was told to at least pay on the car for a year.
They helped me get into a 13 Malibu but i dont recommend these cars at all . Nothing but problems and can't get anything done about it ! If you're buying to improve credit I'd recommend a different way to go about it .
