I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Warby Parker today. I scheduled my eye exam a full year in advance. I planned around the appointment, took time off work, and drove to the store, only to be told when I arrived that I didn’t actually have an appointment because what I had scheduled was a “pre-book.” A pre-book? What exactly is the purpose of allowing a customer to schedule an appointment a year in advance if that appointment isn’t actually going to be honored?
