I’m super disappointed in this store and especially for just wanting a final prescription for contacts. I went in for my eye exam first and Dr. Patel was incredibly nice. I paid for my exam after insurance and even asked the front desk if I was set. When I was on my way back home they called me in a very rude tone that I need to come back and pay for something I did not pay for, as if I was stealing a service.
