I had scratched my lenses and paid to have the lens replaced. It was shipped to their factory and for two weeks the status said “building frames”. Well they had the original frames and new ones were not needed. So I canceled the order and asked to have my glasses returned. Instead of returning them they destroyed them and offered a $50 discount to buy new ones. I will never purchase again from this firm.
Great experience overall from the optometrist appointment to choosing glasses.
