Manager at this location is unpleasant to interact with. I have come in multiple times and her responses make me feel like an inconvenience. She also did not care to explain the out-of-network option I had for reimbursement. I could have still done my eye exam and purchased the frames I’ve been wanting. However, the other staff are kind and helpful.
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I took around an hour trying on different frames and never felt rushed! The ladies were incredibly kind.
Friendly, efficient service and a great selection of frames. I highly recommend this Union Market location for eye exams and glasses.
