Friendly staff & very knowledgeable
Warby Parker had so many options of glasses; I had to choose between three or four pairs! Prices were SO MUCH more reasonable than my eye doctors, and I liked the selection a million times more! The gentlemen working were very kind and helpful!
I love that I can shop for fun, affordable glasses in the same store as I get my eye exam.
Insurance was not needed for my appointment because I was only buying the eye glass cleaning product.
Finch is an excellent face for Warby Parker! She's funny, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She answered my questions, asked a few of her own, and helped me to purchase 2 pairs of eyeglasses. Chris, who helped me as well, was just as knowledgeable and just as easy to work with. This has been the best buying experience I've ever had purchasing eyeglasses. No-pressure sales at its best.
