Great store, great experience, highly recommend.
The staff at this location are always very helpful! I’ve been by a few times for minor repairs to my glasses (nose piece breaks, lens pops out, etc). There is never any wait for help, and they are very welcoming and professional. The last time I went in to get a lens reinstalled, the staff member noticed my nose pieces were showing wear and went ahead and replaced them. It’s small things like that that make you feel like you’re getting great service.
Excellent eye exam and great selection!!
The early Parker store in Franklin is a wonderful place to buy glasses.
Warby Parker has been my go-to glasses store for years now! The staff are cheerful and helpful while not being too pushy! Plus they have amazing frames!
