Terrible customer experience and a shame that Warby Parker can examine your eyes and make corrective lens but cannot create a web site that accurately schedules appointments. First point of stupidity - you can book a 9:45 Am appointment for an eye exam at a store that opens at 10. I get to the store. Closed lights out no one in the store and the store hours state that it opens at 10. I waste time walking around. Greg was amazing! I lost a gold screw in my glasses and he fixed them with no hestiation. He also helped me fix my other glasses that were leaning to the right when i put them on. I'll definitely comming back to this location to see him for my future glasses.

Amazing brand and super friendly location. It became my goto place to shop eyewear. WP website is pretty good, but attention and help I got on site was really amazing. The service is top notch and prices are very affordable.
