I have to say I was rather skeptical about the quality of the lenses and frames. The customer service that I received from the staff at the Rosedale store has been fantastic. I wish I could put down 10 stars for them instead of just five one of The lenses got scratched, and it’s right in my field of vision, I simply had to call and a new set is on the way. The frames are really good and the lenses are better than anything I’ve gotten from every other eyeglass store I’ve ever been to
Bought two pair. Went with WB because they produce not just the frames but the lenses as well. Too many others use one of two major manufacturers of lenses. The staff at Rosedale were great help. Made a few suggestions and with buying two pairs I got a real nice deal. I bought the progressive tint and really enjoyed the tint and the quickness of the change. I give WB at the Rosedale store 5 big stars!!!
