Excellent customer service. The staff spent a solid 20 minutes walking me through the most economical option for me to update my glasses and sunglasses with my new prescription.
9/5/26 visit. Other reviews here reflect my experience. This location makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers to use its satisfaction policy, including the eye recheck. When I tried to stand my ground and ask that the policy be honored, one employee became defensive rather than helping resolve the issue. The optometrist also chose to reprimand me instead of stepping in professionally and ensuring that the store fulfilled its obligations to the customer.
