Les voy a contar mi experiencia Llegué un sábado con una cita de una semana, esperando que me llamaran pasaron a otro señor que llegó después que yo, y una empleada me dijo que lo había pasado a él porque yo no tenía cita, le dije que si pero ya habían pasado al señor, el doctor muy amable, cuando salí de la consulta y me entregan la receta me doy cuenta que no me habían entregado la mía si no la del señor que estaba sentado a mi lado y que pasaron primero que a mí. I had a great experience learning how to use contacts for the first time! The staff is incredibly nice, especially Yulli and Leo who helped me through the contact training. I was so nervous to try contacts and thanks to Yulli and Leo I’m all set and ready to wear contacts for so many special occasions coming up. This was my first time using this vendor. The staff greeted me in a very friendly fashion on arrival. I was able to schedule an eye exam for a short time later. Shay, the person who assisted me, was very helpful and selected 3 potential frames in anticipation of the eye exam. Each one was a perfect choice and this eliminated me having to sort through a bewildering array of options (which was my prior experience with other vendors).
