I wouldn’t recommend getting an eye exam at this location. The woman conducting my wife’s exam rushed her through every step, making the appointment feel uncomfortable and impersonal. I can’t speak to the experience at other Warby Parker locations, but based on this visit, we wouldn’t recommend booking an eye exam here.
I recently purchased a pair of spectacles from the store in Coconut Grove FL , after my purchase the attendant had omitted to provide me with my receipt. I have called on numerous occasions and it seems as though I have ran into a brick wall. Can you assist?
