Had a great experience today. Excellent customer service, thorough, professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions. Covered all of my needs and left with a plan moving forward. I highly recommend based on my experience this morning.
5 mins late for optometrist appointment and they refused to see me. Customer service was atrocious.
My wife and I are thrilled to have Warby Parker nearby. They have a nice selection of frames. The cost of frames and lenses is more reasonable than many other retailers. Additionally, the customer service is wonderful.
Everyone is so helpful here. They give great advice and give you space to make your decision. 12/10 would get glasses here again.
I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. My transaction was taken care of in a professional and expedient manner. I left with timeless, high quality glasses on order and a very pleasant feeling from the experience..
