Great service, easygoing and great frame selections.
I had a great experience shopping here today. Hallie was a ton of help and helped me pick out the cutest glasses. They let me look around and I didn’t feel forced to buy anything… which made me want to buy new glasses! Can’t wait to get them!
The worst eye exam experience of my life -- after 3 months, 10+ pairs of trial contacts, and daily vision migraines, I went to another eye doctor and had a proper and working prescription within a week. The right prescription ended up being far off of all dimensions the Warby Parker team was working on. Incredibly frustrating to have this be a literal constant headache for months and not even get a refund. Feels crazy to have needed a second opinion to get a contacts prescription right. Don't waste your time and vision here.
I love the convenience of getting a great eye examination at a place that has dozens of beautiful frames to choose from. I trust the people who work at Warby Parker and will definitely go back there for all my future prescription eyeglass needs.
