I will start off this review by saying the customer service is good and the glasses selection is amazing. However, my experience seeing the doctor and trying to obtain a contacts prescription that actually works has been a nightmare. The WP service model makes it impossible to call the store. First, I had issues getting my trial contacts, which I understand was a supply issue that they can’t control, but still caused this process to be delayed off the bat and I took around a month. This Warby Parker location is so well run, and I have had nothing but great experiences here. On this visit, I had the rare occasion to need to use my warranty for a scratched lens, and they could not have been more helpful or professional. Very pleased with my experience and their customer service.
