Today is day 20 since I turned in my frames for lens replacement. In the retail store I was told to expect a 10-day turn-around. A call rep last week assured they'd be expedited and delivered by yesterday, day 19. Today, online tracking continues to show "en route to lab," while tonight's rep assures me they've been received, status and etd unclear, and invites me to call back tomorrow for an update.
