PEOPLE OF COLOR BE AWARE. I arrived at the Upper East side location for my exam, however, after waiting for the store greeter to tend to his current client, check in another, check back in with the first client, the greeter told me I was *60 seconds* (not hyperbole) late and therefore could not attend my scheduled appt. I had a hard time communicating with the office. I finally worked it out where they received my prescription. When mailed to me, the lens was very cheap plastic. They had a big scratch/dent in the right eye right by your vision. I sent an email, and they never returned or responded to the issues. Horrible. I would never purchase them again.
staff is friendly but still got my measurements incorrect which was only a big problem because this happened twice!
