Great customer experience and service. Understood my needs and guiding me to purchasing my new glasses that I am excited to receive.
Both workers in the store were very helpful and friendly. They helped me choose frames, tuned up my current glasses, and replaced a broken case. I have had my glasses made here for 10 years and continue to return to this company. I do go into a store instead of using their online service.
Not a great experience. We brought our kids here to order prescription glasses, and my wife and I clearly requested receipts showing our children’s names for proper insurance filing. Instead, the receipts listed my name, making them unusable for claim purposes. To make matters worse, the phone number listed for the store goes unanswered, and the 1-888 customer service line has unreasonably long wait times. Had a wonderful experience shopping for glasses! Dominic and team were very helpful and offered just enough assistance while also giving enough "space" to browse and try on everything i wanted! Perfect customer service! thank you!
The service is exceptional! Domenic paid attention to the details not just rushed through for a quick job in adjusting a couple of my old glasses. He also helped me selecting a new pair, and gave his suggestions tactfully. I appreciate his willingness to share his thoughts. Domenic is very courteous, patient and professional!
