I just bought two pairs of glasses from there. Ella was really friendly and Patti did an amazing job helping me adjust the glasses to best fit me. I appreciate how friendly and helpful all the staff have been here over the years and I plan to continue shopping here.
The specialist was really helpful in selecting my sunglasses. My previous pair was stolen, the team went over beyond to give a discount and expedite the shipment of my new pair. I was really pleased with their customer service. Highly recommend this store!
Returned to Warby Parker to update my glasses with a new prescription. It's my second time purchasing frames/lenses here. They have many great frames, lots of mirrors, easy access to the frames, other color options for displayed frames and no pressure. Walked out with a new pair of glasses on their way to me. Looking forward to getting them mailed direct to my address in the next two weeks.
