RecommendedYesterday I was fortunate enough to have my 11 year old son Andrew fly with Thom Richard in a P-40 at the airshow in Monroe NC. My goodness I may never get the smile off his face ever again. I got the biggest hug when they landed Andrew was shaking with excitement. I would recommend this experience to everyone who has a love of planes. I will never forget my sons smile as long as I live.
RecommendedLast year I took an aerobatic flight in the T-6 SNJ and had a once in a lifetime experience. Since the introduction of the P-40, however, Warbird Adventures has evidently become much more exclusive. I have emailed them twice requesting info on the details of a P-40 flight, but never got a response. I have reluctantly had to cross this item off my bucket list.
