As someone with 15 years working in mental health and having recently had multiple contacts with another Vic mental health service I can confidently say the clinicians I spoke with here are an example of how *not* to treat clients. It felt more like an interrogation than a mental health service. Rude, astonishingly vague questions, and at one point it seemed they were trying to get me to triage myself rather than read their notes. these indoctrinated so-called "experts" actually expressed to me the biases they have for my race and home country which were highly offensive. what did they go off? social media, what their australian friends told them?
