The people there don’t even know the order the customers get there in I had been waiting awhile and was told to pull my car in bay three,right before I could the guys in the garage waived someone in that just got there .I left , I would rather pay a little more somewhere else than to have their unorganized garage and workers costing me extra time!!!!!!!
This used to be a great place to get tires and have minor work done. However this has changed in recent years, despite the same owner which is a super nice man his employees and other family members that work at the locations are out of control and it is time for everyone to stop going here and this business to close. Poor Jimmy can hardly move around anymore and has no control over his company, time to let the man retire.
Always easy to work with and honest...which is sometimes hard to find in a car repair shop...especially if you're a woman, having a car repaired. For example....the dealership where we bought our van and used to have it serviced, while I was there for a simple oil change, said I needed brakes on both front and back. I told them I would ask my husband and be back later. We took the van to Wansley's for brakes and he asked us "Who told you that you needed brakes?" They were fine...both front and back. Do not! I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle here for tires. These individuals mess up stubs and strip lugs and do not take accountability for it. I’ve been dealing with them since I moved to Asheboro one year ago and the first visit one lug got messed up and this the visit today now has me with 3 missing lugs. These individuals are ruthless and hung up on me when I tried to discuss the matter
Had one tire to be balanced and replaced, after tire was balanced and set on frame it sat there for over 25 mins, having a 30 minute lunch break, I had no time to eat and was 10 mins late. I ended up putting on the tire myself being in a rush to get back to work, it wasn't until I had almost finished getting it on; An employee( one of 5 walking back and forth) offered to tighten the lugnut for me. Laughingly declined his generous offer, will not have anymore vehicles serviced here.
