The technician was happy, positive and polite. Couldn’t ask for better.
One of our AC unit went out causing the Breaker to trip. I call our Warranty Company and they sent WANN MECHANICAL out to do it. When the "technician" walked in the doctor he ask what was happening. I explained and he told me that it might be the compressor. The way he said it I knew right then and there he wasn't interested in doing the work. He went up on the roof to check the AC unit out and he opened a couple of the panels up and came back down and told me that the unit was fine, it was a problem with the electrical. I r... read more
