In Torrance on Oct 22nd Tuesday at 1:20p your driver came from the wrong way then parked leaving no room for cars to go thru I asked him to moved he basically waved me off then started laughing with no respect gesture me to back up my car there were cars park on all sides how was I to move without hitting the parked cars.
