Doctors are excellent, but the staff is horrible, Be Careful with them
Dr Torres is a good doctor. However it takes more to have a good office. I'm not having babies. I'm a post menopausal woman. I've come across some serious hormonal issues. I couldn't get an appointment with anyone in this office for a month. I had bloodwork completed I couldn't get any answers on the phone or on my portal. So I had to beg for a sooner appointment this one 3 weeks out. I did get A call for a mona Lisa appointment right away. Money driven office perhaps? Yes. Patients first no.
Dr. Torres is such a sweet lady. Whenever I enter her office she greets me with a warm smile and by name . She's personable and knowledgeable. She always takes time to consider my desires before she makes a recommendation, and even then she only offers the best of the best!
Dr. Torres is not only a great Doctor she is a wonderful person who makes you feel comfortable discussing anything.
Any Dr who does not believe in their patient having the choice to decline a specific recommendation and tells their patient they no longer want to see them at 29 weeks of gestation does not need to be practicing. I'm totally disgusted and I will be going to the health board and getting an attorney.
Dr. Torres is very sweet, kind and has a great bedside manner. Her staff is excellent as well. She makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her!
Haven' seen her in 4 years. When I finally came back, she made me feel so comfortable. Just so sweet. Actually looking forward to next year's appt. Thank you Dr. Torres!
Every time I call the office it goes to voicemail, this has been going on for YEARS! I very RARELY get a call back which leads me to have to go to the office to schedule an appointment or take care of whatever matter I called for. I've even left messages for her office manager who is her husband & still no response. I love Dr Torres, she's an awesome dr but the lack of response from her office is the reason I'm leaving the practice.
