Great attention!! Excellent customer service, the nurses and doctor are very profesional and attentive.
I like Dr. Torres very much. However, the office telephone system is deplorable. I was not sure where the office building was and parked on the side of the road in order to call the office and request direction. For 10 minutes I tried to speak to an actual person. It constantly referred me back to the same recording telling me to go the web site. I even tried the billing office, just to get a person. It was extremely upsetting and made me late for my appointment. This system is inexcusable.
I am a new patient and I was extremely impressed with Dr. Torres and the staff. Yes it is a busy office but I didn't have to wait long and once it was my turn I was not rushed and I felt that they really cared about my problems and want to help. I am glad I chose this physician.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Torres. What a breath of fresh air! She is so approachable! Millie her Medical Assistant is also wonderful.
Dr. Torres and Staff are the best. Dr. Torres cares about her patients health and well being. She is always takes the time to visit with you before her exam to go over your health and see if you have concerns. I give Dr Torres and Staff 5 stars for providing an excellent office experience plus extra 5 stars for being the best gynecologist I've seen since moving to Florida.
I have always had a positive experience when I go for my visits. The doctor is wonderful and caring. From the front receptionist check in to being checked out the staff is AMAZING! The medical assistants in the back are very kind and always return my calls.
Dr. Torres is an excellent doctor who looks at the entire overall health of her patients and guide them accordingly. She is a caring, compassionate and smart practitioner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their doctor to look for the patient's best interests and listens.
Dr. Torres and her staff are not only helpful but also patience and gentle when it comes to understanding patients privacy concerns.
Well worth the wait to get in as a new patient. I am a complicated case and most Doctors get annoyed with how much issues i have and have had. Dr. Wanda Torres reviewed my records before meeting me, made herself familiar with my issues and approached me in a very educated, informed and professional manner and gave compassion as well.
