When I finally got an appointment with Dr Patterson, she was very thorough examining my skin and immediately identified the type of blisters I had and said, “This is BP”. Dr Patterson explained that, Bullous Pemphigoid is a very rare autoimmune disease to the skin and after ordering some tests to confirm her diagnosis, treatment was started.
