Rude and nasty driver who demanded cash payment before loading the car and refused to give me a few minutes to run to the atm and get the cash...the only positive about this place was the young lady at the office . A suggestion for this towing Service or any is to tell requesters of the service about the form of payment beforehand...
I have to work with tow yards to get customer's vehicles out of their lots. And this tow yard was very prompt to answer and gave me very nice customer service. Their daily storage rates are fair as well. I do appreciate your help, have a great day! :)
Employees in the office were polite and jovial given the circumstances of why I was there in the first place!
We have used this towing service on multiple times. In an emergency they will not help unless you meet them with cash!! I will never use this company again! Pathetic!!!!!
The lady at the front desk had THE most nastiest attitude. If she dont love her job she needs to quit. She’s every bit of disrespectful when I’ve been kind to her.
