Canceled my storage the night before, placed a move out for the following day. Today I get a call from some rude lady asking me why I still have stuff in the unit still ( they were closed when I canceled my unit ) she then said she will charge me if I don’t take it out? It’s only been 3 hours since they opened. Also they are overpriced and have mold.
Great facility Wonderful staff!! Gave me a tour and helped me out with everything! Highly recommend to anyone that's needing a great storage facility.
