honestly management is always with a good attitude and any questions i have are always answered appropriately. theres a few people that watch the neighborhood at night which is great for peace of mind. been here a few months and have no complaints.....highly recommend this place
A very nice park well keep nice residents a great manager Heather always working to make our park the best it can be safe for all residents hope to have her here for a long time I’ve been here for 15 years never saw so much growth in the park a lot of good things more happy residents so loving that we can call on her at anytime we can walk in the office and she is there I have been thru a lot of office manager here but heather is standing the test and passing with fly colors
Been here 5 years, with new management i see many good things changing, management is very nice and takes time to listen to you, great manager and maintaince man. I see Walzem park becoming a very nice place to live. We love here and have no plans too look anywhere else.
I love the community! I miss the old manager she was amazing and had the property looking great! The new manager is hardly ever in the office, doesn't answer the phone or return calls at all. The maintenance man does a great job keeping the property up but only so much is his responsibility. The seat is up to the manager and I have to say in the last few months this place has slipped, lawn maintenance isn't being enforced, homes arent being given any notices on violations so they look like trash, and pool and playground hour... read more
Great place to call home! My family and I loved it here. Nice management, neighbors, and area is well maintained. Sparkling pool and nice clubhouse!

son las personas más abusivas que ay te quieren sacar dinero asta por salir a respirar aire asen cargos excesivos a la cuenta de tu alquiler que si por una persiana rota ya te cobran mas que lo del alquiler el vivir aquí es vivir extresada todo el tiempo están al pendiente asta lo que ases dentro de tu casa a pero uno un tiempo que sela pasaron robando en los carros y ellos no pudieron nada respecto a eso no recuerdo si fue en agosto o septiembre algien entró y tiro balazos y falleció un residente de este lugar total mente n... read more
