I called Walz plumbing and heating for a heating emergency in the dead of winter this year. I got a voicemail so I left a message and my call was promptly returned. Luke Walz, the owner of the business made arrangements to come to my house immediately by calling other customers in non-emergency situations and pushing back their appointment times. I couldn't beleive my good luck. He showed up right on time and proceeded to evaluate the problem, although he didn't have the part he needed to fix my furnace he did go and get it ... read more
