Great people I went to the new location by Ikea and loved the layout. You can see all the product they have in stock. The employees were helpful and explained all the features of the receiver I wanted to get and save me some money too. I highly recommend Walt's !
NOT HAPPY Where to begin. First I brought in my TV on 11/23rd, The tec took a look and said it was the main board, quoted me $450, they took a $50 deposit and they said it would be 5-10 days. After two weeks I called and they said they would call me back and never did, called several days later and found out that the piece got in on the 4th (week and a half later) but it was the wrong piece and someone would call back with a new ETA.... Never got a call back and followed up to find out it was a misdiagnosed and another part ... read more
Great Experience with Walts I purchased an 82" Mitsubishi TV from Walts. Having never ordered something that needed to be delivered on a pallet that is that fragile had me worried. Miles from Walts assured me it was well packed, and if anything was not working or damaged on delivery that it would be taken care of. Miles is the best! A few years ago we ordered a big-screen television for our Club (F.O.E) in Ohio. We needed it in time for the Super Bowl.
