I have emailed twice from Ireland and it’s been ignored and the ringing is an absolute waste of time as they are not taking calls, all I want is an answer to my email and question

I get the reason for your curbside pandering, however if you are open until 6pm you should service customers until then as well. Got there at 530 and was told I had to order online and come back the next day. You’re a technology company, give one of the 13 people a tablet and take orders on the spot to pull. If In-n-Out burgers can do that, surely you can as well.

Our new dishwasher from Best Buy and installed by Geek Squad has turned into a nightmare. The dishwasher was improperly installed resulting in our kitchen being destroyed by water damage. Fearing possible mold and having a newborn baby you can image how stressful this situation is. Best Buy’s insurance company, Sedgwick, is dodging us and not taking responsibility for Best Buy installation faults or choice of faulty equipment they installed and now myself, my newborn and husband are displaced from our home. BEST BUY! You have the most wonderful In-Home Advisor! Clayton Wieseler came out and helped us with technical problems we had been dealing with for some time. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and just over all a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in language we could understand. We look forward to doing more business with Best Buy because of this guy. WOW! We are IMPRESSED! Thank You Clayton!

All I tried to do was call to find out how to schedule a car radio install, but no one ever answers the department phone, so it rolls over to recorded crap indefinitely. They have the Kenwood I want and they are closer, but I think I'm taking my business over to Fry's Electronics, instead. I tried to buy a laptop recently, but ultimately, despite one good sales person, I just couldn't risk doing business with them as a store or company. Their reputation for terrible service precedes them!

They kept my money from a fridge I bought 7 weeks ago. My credit card company is gonna have to fight the store to refund me my money. I'm putting a BBB complaint to assist with the credit card company.

We had a radio installed in our Jeep, two days later we had to go back due to the radio would not work with our IPod. Best Buy talked us into buying a more expensive radio (MORE MONEY). They instated the second radio and 3 days later our Jeep battery died. The battery was under warranty with the dealership so we got a new battery installed and less than a week later our battery died again. The dealer verified the radio was draining the batteries.
