Went in to see the new samsung Galaxy 9x. I ended up getting reserving one! They guys were helpful and Friendly. Visit date. March 4. Around 2pm
Do not buy your kids anything from best buy during the holidays if it was on sale and you got the wrong color of item at the time and try to exchange it for the correct color(same item) they will ask that you pay the difference from sales price to the price it is now, biggest joke I've ever heard and if you call customer service good luck with them actually letting you say anything without interrupting
They not only wont match a legit price.. The Manager Tony insults and trys to discredit a 5 star vendor with the product in stock and ready for delivery!! I understand not wanting to lose $$$$.. But insulting a good retailer is NOT acceptable!!! Lets see if anyone reads this!!
I will not buy anymore appliances with Best Buy. I've had nothing but an unacceptable experience with making a major purchase from cancelling of my order and moving it to another date without any communication.... to parts not all with the appliance. I was told that my 60 year old parents had to bring the product in to exchange to receive all the parts when I already paid for the delivery service and it was the companies fault in the first place. Really bad customer service at the Chandler store today. The manager (his name was Matthew) lacks customer service training. Best Buy should take a look at other big retailers (Amazon, Costco) and learn how to do customer service right. I am surprised that BBs stock is actually doing ok despite the bad customer service or maybe my experience was an exception. Nevertheless, the message from a customer is please train your folks to provide better customer service.
Horrible customer service. It's nonexistent. I went in there today to purchase an iPad. I stood back there for 10 minutes and not a single associate even looked at me. So I told the cashier about my experience as my buddy was paying for something and he didn't care. I guess they don't like money at this location.
This place has the worse customer service possible, not only do they waste your time but tell you one thing and do something different to benefit them not the customer. If something is the stores fault they should take ownership of it and make it right for the customer rather than having the customer feel mistreated and frustrated leaving.
