PURE DISRESPECT. Walked in to test drive a Jeep with the intent to potentially buy. (We have EXCELLENT credit). Walked inside with my husband and a guy (I won't be rude but he definitely had not walked around the dealership much...or at all) asks why we are there. Told him my price point was around 40k. He says he has 1 Jeep that is used. Walks all around because he "can't find" the Jeep. We wait 20-30 minutes for him to finally walk right past us and not say a single word. After having a major blow out that caused in excess of 4k in damage and 5 weeks of frustration the service department got me back on the road good as new . Michelle was great to deal with always cheerful and patient especially since my work schedule only gets me home every other weekend. Thanks for all your help Michelle and for getting my truck back to me.

Chris and the female co-worker who was working with him on Tuesday July 15 were extremely helpful. We dealt with Chris on the phone and he was so kind, helpful and positive. Moreover, the female co-worker was extremely helpful. We were so flustered from our situation that we don't remember her name but she was a blessing to our family. She was compassionate and very encouraging. I hope she gets the benefits of this review. I'm so bummed that I don't remember her name. She deserves many praises.
