Chris and the female co-worker who was working with him on Tuesday July 15 were extremely helpful. We dealt with Chris on the phone and he was so kind, helpful and positive. Moreover, the female co-worker was extremely helpful. We were so flustered from our situation that we don't remember her name but she was a blessing to our family. She was compassionate and very encouraging. I hope she gets the benefits of this review. I'm so bummed that I don't remember her name. She deserves many praises.
Regular vehicle service and warranty work scheduled and completed with no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors and technicians. Update 06/16/25: They have moved into a new facility, and it's really nice. The customer waiting area is open, roomy, and comfortable. They have water, ice, coffee, and soft drinks. Me and my boyfriend searched for months for a vehicle. Went to multiple dealerships and was turned down ( a few issues- credit being the number 1 issue) Walt's live oak Chrysler-dodge-jeep and ram helped us. All of the staff went above and beyond to make things happen. And really helped our little family.
