Horrible management and quality of homes. Not enough parking and too many pest.
We bought in southern pines next door to waltons landing before it started. We watched waltons be built and fell in love with the floorplans. If we had known about Waltons Landing before, we would have moved there! Rachel Crank, knowing we weren't looking for a home, showed us around anyways and was the nicest person.
Dr Horton is a terrible builder and uses the cheapest material and services in the area. If you do buy a house from them make sure to have a lawyer with you as you sign the documents. They left the job unfinished and we had to replace our bathroom floors 3 years after purchasing a home due to them not putting any moisture barrier where it was supposed to be in the sub floor.
