These guys are solid. I bring 4 vehicles here and never had a problem. I would advise caution in believing any negative feedback about these guys.
Not joking about 9 minutes and no trying to sell me on other products or tell me about a part going out on my car
I have been going here for a few years now and take 6 vehicles there to get their oil changed. But, today I took my JK there for an oil change which takes an internal oil filter the goes in on top of the engine and because they were talking to me I didn't realize they never changed the oil filter which requires you remove the engine cover. And it's not that they forgot because as he asked for the mileage he told the guy underneath a number 19 oil filter was needed. I enjoy the simple way of how they do things. If you ask for an oil change, that is what you get. No some long upsell speech like some other places try to do. Been using Walton's for a long time and i will continue to do so.
Always love how friendly and fast they are at Walton's! We don't even have to get out of our car. I will never go anywhere else.
The reason I gave 1 star without even having been there? They may be fast, but they are EXPENSIVE! $44.95 for an oil change! UP TO 5 quarts! I would hate to see what it costs for 6 or 7 qts!!! I DON'T THINK SO! Soooo many places for half that amount & lower! Sorry, but I think I will spend more time for less money elsewhere & get just as good results! What a rip off!!!
Really fast and really great. Filled all my fluids. No hassel to "upgrade." I'll be back.
