Been living here for a year and a half and recently upgraded to a 2 beds unit. Jamie at the leasing office made the process so easy and quick. I love living here, it’s quiet, i feel safe and the maintenance requests get addressed within a few hours. Can’t recommend enough.
Jaime was the best leasing agent I've had the pleasure of touring with. I had already seen many units in the midtown/west midtown area, but Walton Westside checked all the boxes. It is insane to me that these apartments still have carpet living rooms. Immediate no for me. For the price point you would think they would make some updates to get with the times. The split flooring from the kitchen to living room is beyond dated. Makes a decent apartment feel extremely cheap.
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST APARTMENTS IN THE USA in my opinion of course, the quality of the whole establishment is stunning, and don’t let me get started on the staff they were so respectful and helpful especially this lady named Jasmine. At first I was a bit nervous but she came right up to me and helped a brother out, so nice
