Very poor customer service. I don't know if the girls inly do it to specific ethnicities, but they should truly work on communication Skills.
My daughter's been having an issue for over a year that they keep giving us the run around about so finally she is seen and they prescribe her some medicine that was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy yesterday. I get the the pharmacy today they still have not sent the prescription over or could barely find it.
