Walton's (July, 2015) refused to honor a 10 year parts warranty for an Amana furnace and air conditioner sold by Erik Walton in April, 2009. The refusal was based on the pretext that the manufacturer (Amana) requires that the unit be professionally maintained (with the receipts to prove it) for the warranty to remain valid.
