We lived at Walton Ridge for a year and a half. During that time we filed several noise complaints but the noise only got worse. Our cars were constantly hit by other residents. When we moved out we spent two days making sure it was clean but yet they only gave us $50 back of our depsoit. They charged us $135 to fill in nail holes what a rip off. They also tried to show our apartment to future tenants while we still lived there and gave less then a 24 hour notice. The manager Tara is very rude and over charges tenants moving... read more
We've lived here since February and have had no problems! The apartments are super nice and set up great! The staff is pretty friendly for the most part and no ones ever loud or disrespectful!
