I had a friend who was sent to Walton Rehab. I was quite upset with information communicated by the patient. The patient arrived late at nite. Patient had not received her evening medications from the hospital who transferred her nor did she get any medicine when she arrived. It appeared as if no physical assessment was done upon admission. Patient did not receive a bath until 4 days after admission. Patient developed a break down of her buttocks area. Facility apparently does not provide or use egg crate foam. Facility app... read more
Check in online and still wait 2-3 hours! The worst.
I came in on a Friday afternoon.and got seen by Sunday I was back in the office again because one of the Doctors gave me medicine that made my infection worse than what it was...But heres the kicker I had to use my insurance again....that sucks...in my opinion it was their fault and they should have fixed it....
Front desk people were rude and aggressive and not at all helpful. They changed the front staff from when they opened and they are a PROBLEM. Was sent away twice and left the third time. Retaliatory when in fact THEY started the first fight and now play games to refuse me service. I am as polite and as nice as possible but they clearly aren't. Go elsewhere, they act like teenage mean girls in a clique and there is no excuse for it at all. Management clearly approves of their behavior in spite of only getting one side of the ... read more
