I had a friend who was sent to Walton Rehab. I was quite upset with information communicated by the patient. The patient arrived late at nite. Patient had not received her evening medications from the hospital who transferred her nor did she get any medicine when she arrived. It appeared as if no physical assessment was done upon admission.
