Our Geo unit failed in June 2025, the unit was new in May 2024. The unit had a major failure, they replaced 2 compressors, Mike Walton worked with the factory for many days. Walton was able to get the factory to replace the entire unit with a new geo-thermal unit. Mike Walton worked very hard to make Water Furnace replace their defective unit. Spoke to both Mike and Steve Walton about adding a soft start and regularly servicing our geothermal unit. Neither followed up like they said they would and didn't appear to want our business since they didn't originally install the unit. Won't be using them if/when we ever replace our current unit.

I called to see if he was taking applications or a resume and never got a call back or a voice message. Not a professional way to run a business. Just leaves me to believe that their business isn’t as professional as it appears.
