I called to see if he was taking applications or a resume and never got a call back or a voice message. Not a professional way to run a business. Just leaves me to believe that their business isn’t as professional as it appears.

I got the impression that Steve does not really want to install a generator at my location. He has warned me that he is not an authorized dealer for Generac. He has also warned me that his price will be higher than an authorized dealer. I will give him 3 stars for honesty and take away 2 stars for not being cost competitive. Steve and Mike installed a new Geothermal Waterfurnace Series 5 in January 2021. They were great to work with on the install and took the time to ensure my auxiliary boiler heat (heats basement floors) was tied to the system properly for backup heat. Not to mention they got me a good price on the unit as well. Fast forward. With the colder winter in 2022 I ran into some icing on the condenser coil this week so reached out to them.
