Horrible with appointments. The phone wait is ridiculous and good luck if you get someone on the line after 40 minutes. However once inside the nurse and doctor were amazing!
I have been a patient at the Institute for Family Health since 1995. The people's faces have changed over the years, but never the sense of caring, that has continued without pause. Now, in their bright shiny new offices on 17th, I'm sure anyone seeking a staff of doctors and medical professionals should look no further.
Been going here for 6-7 months and have been in severe pain since my first day or wouldn't have ever went to see a doctor and I'm no better off now then my first appointment. Place is full of quacks who will charge insurance but spend 10 minutes with you and not help you the slightest even with x rays and mri and radiologist readings to show I'm legitimately hurting and need help. Basicly don't go here if you need anything other then maybe a consultation cause that's all they do cause they obviously don't help people in need... read more
