UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement for the service at this facility. They deserve zero stars. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to discover my appointment was canceled the day of. The best part is that no one at this facility had the decency to either apologize for the break down in communication, nor offer to schedule a new appointment or even try to have me seen by another doctor.
