Great first experience with Walton Dental Care today. I had broken a crown on my back molar and wasn’t able to get in with my regular dentist. I called their office because they were highly recommended by my friend and at first they didn’t have anything available but said they would call me back if anything opened up on their schedule. Within a couple of hours sweet Sierra called me and they were able to see me this afternoon. For starters, I do not enjoy going to the dentist, ever since I was a child it has been one of my appointments that I fear the most. Dr. Lacour has totally changed my mind about the dentist with his gentleness and knowledge about dentistry. I went in for a filling and the hygienist and Dr. Lacour recommended that I try to use their new laser tooth decay removal technology that would eliminate the need to get a numbing shot. They do not say anything positivei about my dental care. I may have some bad teeth, but I do my best to care for them, and I am never complimented on my good dental hygiene and receive no positive comments at all. Always a drag to go to the dentist. And they always have $1500 news for me.
Walton Dental Care is the best! The caring staff of professionals always makes me feel welcome and at ease each time I visit for care. The hygienists are friendly and capable, making cleaning a breeze. Dr. Miller and Dr. Knight are wonderful! They are both gentle and compassionate, making sure that I'm comfortable each time they've worked on my teeth. I've been to a lot of different dental practices in my life, but Walton Dental Care is the best all around.
Walton Dental is my new permanent Dental Office. The environment here is great!! Everything is 100% from cleanliness, to friendly staff, to communication; they give you the very best. You are not another patient, they genuinely care about you as an individual. Best office ever! 😊
Dr Lacour is absolutely amazing! He explained everything he was doing in great detail and was super gentle with my daughter. And he addressed me by name when talking to me. His personality is one of the best of any dentist I’ve ever seen. He didn’t make me feel guilty about her cavities, instead he gave me some ideas to help reduce her risks of getting more.
