From the initial tour, well-maintained common areas, friendly staff were impressive, which has remained consistent throughout the stay. This place is a wonderful place to live. I cannot recommend it enough! We’ve lived here about a year and we’ve noticed that maintenance comes really quickly. Every time I’ve put in a request they come either the same day or the next day. We’ve had zero problem with roaches and we’ve noticed that they do regular spraying around the neighborhood to help prevent things like that. The apartments are really clean. One of the best community in the neighborhood. The team led by Operations Manager Irena is quite proactive to address maintenance or any other issues. Also, love the way they conduct special events and fun activities.
