One of the best communities I’ve lived in. Any maintenance requests are addressed immediately and handled with great care and professionalism. The amenities are excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding. I truly enjoying being part of the Kinstone community. There’s no place like home, and Kinstone’s team - from maintenance to management - address tenants understanding this and remain mindful of what a home means. He was incredibly patient and sweet, working with me for months to help find the perfect apartment for me and my two girls. Kinstone Columns is fantastic! The customer service, dedication, and friendliness of the entire staff is absolutely unmatched. The maintenance team is so efficient and timely in handling any request we have. The community is very well maintained, peaceful and welcoming. We absolutely love the sense of community here.
