Location is good. You can walk to trails directly from apartment. I would give a four or five rating if there’s no roaches and gas smell in master bedroom. My son became an expert on these cuties through observing them born, growing up, pregnant, laying eggs. Office did pest control a few times but it didn’t work. These are really safety concerns.
While I did not end up signing here (girlfriend had final say) this would be my absolute go to in the future! The landscaping is incredible, the units are high quality (not like 90% of complexes in georgia) and the staff is wonderful. Irena was a gracious host, and answered all of my questions. The area is absolutely gorgeous, centrally located between two parks with trail heads literally starting in the complex.
