I’ve honestly been so discouraged with this company lately that I was close to canceling my service altogether. However, the technician who came out today, Les, completely changed my mind. Actively trying to find another option for pest control. No consistency in the technicians they send. The last person who came was great, but only about 4 of the 10+ bait stations were written down in their notes, so he wouldn’t have known about them unless I told him (as I noticed many were missed). Some of technicians do the bare minimum unfortunately. One has even told me that once you have mice, you’ll “never get rid of them” which isn’t exactly what you want to hear from a company that you’re paying for. I called them a... read more
I decided not to renew termite services with Waltham and went with another local company because it was almost 33% cheaper. I paid for the stations. I was informed that they want to removed the stations because I am not continuing service with them. I highly do not recommend Waltham and their business tactics.
