Awful service. I get this included with my housing at Charles gate. Pest guy passed judgement and gave me trouble because I asked him why he is looking in my cabinets. He did not treat for roaches previously and if I do have food in my cabinets I do need to eat to live. My house is clean and I do take care of.Someone across hall has mice not I cuz I have a cat 😊 I'll treat my dam self. Waltham Pest Services started out great for us- our original technician Jesse was so helpful and thorough, we didn’t have any major issues just fruit flies and ear wigs in the yard that he treated for. However after the first year, it seemed like nothing was covered in the contract. Wood-boring insects- not covered, bees nests- only so high, and then most recently, fruit flies aren’t covered either- so what’s covered?! I’m an employee at a store that is being serviced by Waltham Pest. We just got introduced to Sam who came to help us, he’s not typically the guy who we get but we sure would like it to be! He has a great personality! You can tell he is very passionate about his job. He’s willing to work with us even though we don’t want sticky traps. All around 100/10 customer satisfaction.
They come to my building every Wednesday and never actually get rid of any bugs I live at cardinal mediros towers in fall River
