From the very first call call to Waltham Family Dental, I have felt sincerely welcome. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered my questions honestly and clearly - I never felt as though there were any hidden 'gimmicks' , which was refreshing. When I had to reschedule an appointment very last minute they were understanding and accommodating. The dental care I am receiving is also superb.
I was quite scared when I arrived at the office. I had to have a very old, cracked, leaking, amalgam filling removed, decay underneath drilled out & a new filling installed. Everyone was very kind, encouraging & reassuring. The dentist & her assistant were very sensitive to my needs & did a wonderful job in every aspect of the procedure. Thanks so much!
Dental hygienist Trang and Dr. Ganesh were very prompt, efficient, and courteous. I was able to get a same-day appointment for the time I wanted so I was very happy.

Very Good!
They got me in on short notice for a damaged tooth after a car accident. My dentists was extremely deft and was able to complete an inspection of my exposed inner tooth without causing any pain or discomfort. Entire staff is kind and friendly. Definitely recommend.
