Never again Called to have our water heater replaced they said 5 days kept getting calls that the water heater they ordered was damaged in shipping. Not there fault but ended up taking 3 weeks. They call said 9 am Thursday install. Installer shows up 1 hour late which was irritating. Then our brand new water heater that cost 2,500 dollars quite working Sunday morning. Call up the guy who sold it to us he says theres nothing he can do until tomorrow. I said we just spent 2,500 dollars and you can call up your installer for a emergency he said nope we dont do that. Try and support local businesses and this is what you get
