I brought my child to what I thought was the pediatric opthalmologist I requested to see because of the symptoms my daughter was having only to find out we were scheduled with Colleen Walters, an optometrist. I had already pulled my kid out of school away from her AP classes so we kept the appointment. I figured at least her vision will be checked and they should be able to do visual field testing and look to see if there was inflammation of the optic nerve.
