I went to Walter's last week to have some work done on my watches. The lady referred to in the nasty review is very kind, friendly and considerate. She even showed me some features of my new Omega Seamaster while I was waiting for the watchmaker who was helping another customer. I have found my watchmaker. The only thing that I will avoid, is reading that nasty review! I highly recommend Walter's. His prices are very reasonable too.
Terrible Service! Avoid like the Plague! – DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I had looked at the reviews on Yelp before going. It would have saved me dealing with terrible customer service. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. We had gone in to get a wedding band re-sized. We asked a couple of questions about cost and whether we could wait and watch, thinking that it could save us an extra trip of having to come back if it was a quick procedure. Nice people; very reliable – They can sometimes repair things on the spot, always do a good job and are reasonably priced. I have gone back to them many times.
Very good service – I went this store to replace my batteries. They are so nice and kind people and the price was reasonable. I really recommend you to try there.

GREAT PLACE! – I went to Wlater's to get a new watch battery and found so much more! They do all kinds of jewelry repair and have amazing pieces. My battery took only 5 minutes and was only 7 dollars, which is great since it lasts for 2 yrs! Very friendly service, very helpful and eager to explain. Overall, a great shopping experience!
