I really had a bad experience after handing over the keys. After 4 years of staying, they still charged me for paint issues due to structural damage, overcharging for cleaning, ozone treatment, lots of simple wear and tear due to 4 years of stay. Their pre-inspection was nothing helpful, I corrected all the pre-inspection items before I move out, they came up with 100 items after the move stating pre-inspection cannot be accurate since I was still staying.
